Common questions
Purchases not showing up?
Open Me → Manage subscription → Restore purchases. Purchases follow your Apple ID, so this also brings them to a new phone.
How do I cancel Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sundial Plus. Cancelling keeps Plus active until the year you paid for ends.
UV shows 0 — is it broken?
UV genuinely is near zero at night and in deep overcast, and Sundial doesn't inflate it. Check the best-window card on Home for when it's actually worth heading out.
How do I delete my account?
Me → Privacy & data → Delete account. It erases everything — profile, sessions, selfies, pairing — immediately and permanently.
Widgets are empty?
Open the app once after installing so it can hand the widgets their data, then give iOS a minute. Widgets refresh hourly on their own after that.
